Sweet Southern Heat is a southern-inspired BBQ sauce with no heavy leanings to any one particular region or style. See, here in Georgia we take a little bit from here and a little bit from there to define our own flavor-profile. Basically, “nobody puts Georgia in a corner”. So, we’ve put together a well-balanced BBQ sauce to be used on whatever your heart desires. Sweet Southern Heat pairs perfectly with all forms of barbecued, grilled, and low-n-slow smoked proteins. In fact, some folks like to put it on hot dogs, pizza, and sides like potato salad and beans. Add a little to the crock-pot for an extra special slow-cooked adventure, add it to a gourmet grilled cheese to build layers of smoky and sweet, or dab it on a plate for maximum french fry dunkage – the possibilities really are endless.
