- We accept all major credit & debit cards, PayPal & Venmo, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.

Returns Policy:
- Unfortunately, due to the size of our current operation we do NOT permit returns, exchanges or refunds. However, should you be unhappy with our products and/or services in ANY way – PLEASE notify us right away at fixit@southboundque.com. We’ll do what it takes to make it right.
General Shipping Policies:
- We ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska. We can ship to PO, APO, FPO & DPO boxes.
- Unfortunately, we do NOT ship outside the US at this time, this includes US Territories.
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible and are typically dropped in post within 1 business day or even same day. However, at times, processing can take 1 - 3 business days.
- All orders typically arrive to their destination within 1 - 3 business days via USPS Priority & USPS First Class.
- All orders typically arrive to their destination within 1 - 2 business days via USPS Priority Express.
- All orders typically arrive to their destination within 1 - 5 business days via UPS Ground.
- Best available shipping rates are quoted for all orders.
- USPS Tracking ID or UPS Tracking ID information will be notated within order details - this information is easily accessed by creating an account on our website to link all open and previous orders.
- Accounts can be created at ANY time, including before, during, and after checkout.
- In some cases, customers will receive shipment notifications by email - this service cannot be guaranteed for all orders.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing purchase - please check your spam folder(s). If affected, please add "@southbound.com" and "shippingeasyemail.com" to your safe senders list.

Free Shipping Policies:
- All orders, including those that qualify for free shipping, are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
- All orders totaling $35.00 or more qualify for FREE USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.
- All orders totaling $75.00 or more qualify for FREE USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or UPS Ground shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.
- Qualifying orders typically arrive to their destination within 1 - 5 business days.
- Qualifying orders MUST have "Free Shipping" selected as shipping method during checkout to receive promotion, if another method is selected it will be honored - No Exceptions.
